Class Information
Breakfast Club
Breakfast club is in the hall each morning between 8.30 - 8.45. If you would like your child to attend please complete an application form with Mrs Fairbrother.
Snack
Healthy Snack is provided by the school. You are also welcome to send your child in with their own healthy snack.
P.E
P.E is every Thursday. Please send a PE Kit into school, ready for children to change in school. This is vital to teaching life skills. PE Kits will be sent home every half term for washing.
Attendance
It is vitally important that your child attends school every day in order to achieve their full potential. It is equally important that your child arrives at school on time. It helps them to settle in to the day and missing valuable learning time.
If for any reason your child is absent, please notify school office straight away.
Foundation Phase Learning
The children are at the centre of their own learning. We start each context by asking the children to share their ideas about what they would like to know and how they would like to learn about it. 'Pupil voice' then generates lots of exciting jobs that the children complete each day as part of their independent learning.
Autumn 1
Step Back to the 70's!
This term, our exciting new topic celebrates a very special occasion — our school’s 50th birthday! To mark the milestone, children will be travelling back in time to explore what life was like in the 1970s. Through hands-on activities, stories and creative projects, they’ll discover how toys, fashion, and food have changed over the last 50 years. From comparing popular games of the past to designing retro outfits and even tasting classic 70s snacks, this topic will help children understand how everyday life has evolved — all while celebrating our school’s wonderful history.
