The A Team

The School Council also form part of the 'A' team. We all recognise the importance of attendance and try to encourage all pupils to attend school all of the time. We have delivered assemblies to the pupils and we display the class weekly attendance figures on our own board in the corridor. The Class that have the highest attendance win 'free choice Friday' where they can select their playground equipment. Foundation Phase get to keep the 'Early Bird' mascot for the week and KS2 get to keep the shield. 

Also this term to encourage pupils to attend school every day the School Council suggested that 100% attendees get to go to the cinema afternoon, held in school with popcorn and a drink! WOW - what an incentive!
