  Return to School January 2021

   

  Dear Parents                                                                                   Wednesday 6^th January 2021

   

  Happy New Year to you all.

   

  You may have already seen in the media that Welsh Government and Local Councils have made announcements regarding the return to school in January 2021.

   

  All schools will use online learning at home for the first week back Monday 4^th – 15th January.  This is because of the high levels of Covid 19 in Cardiff.  The Inset Day planned for the 4^th has been cancelled and will be moved to later on in the year.  Therefore home learning will be available for the children from Monday 4^th – 15^th January. 

   

  Children should be able to come back to school on Monday 18^th January, however this is subject to change, dependent on any further instructions from Welsh Government or the Local Authority.

   

  The school will be running a Hub childcare facility for children of Keyworkers from Wednesday 6^th January – Friday 15^th January from 8.30-3.15.

   

  If you are a critical worker and need access to the Hub please let Mrs Keys know by Tuesday 5^th January 2pm.  I appreciate that this is a change from the expected start of next term, if you need any support please contact the school through the following email address - StaffB5@hwbcymru.net
